Well it's as good as anything you've done and I bet a wide audience will get pleasure from it. I hope someday you find those festival photos!

Thanks. Alas, the festival photos are gone, never to be found. For me, these New Orleans photos are more exercises than anything. Classic compositions and color theory but otherwise mostly devoid of meaning. And they are easy. The exception would be Lola by the bridge. In that photo the composition and color and technical difficulty of the shot fade behind the meaning. She is legitimately angry about the bridge thing and the anger hasn't subsided over the years. I suspect those feelings are shared by a lot more people than we realize. It exposed the fact that everything we've ever believed about our form of government and the rule of law is a sham.
